Eligibility for Returns
We offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. This applies to our entire catalog, including smartwatches, open-ear headphones, and 5.1 surround sound speaker systems. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Certain goods are completely exempt from being returned:
